A case fails at the handover points, not in the middle of a process. These are the checkpoints an order passes through.

Process control

Process control

  1. 01

    Incoming material

TPU, PC, silicone compound, glass, films and magnets checked on arrival against the approved specification.

  2. 02

    Production

Moulding and forming, with first-off pieces compared to the golden sample before the run continues.

  3. 03

    Surface / printing process

UV print, gilding, embossing, plating or laser — checked for registration, colour and coverage.

  4. 04

    Assembly

Layers, inserts and magnet arrays brought together; bond lines and seating checked.

  5. 05

    Appearance inspection

Surface defects, colour deviation, edge finish, print alignment, contamination.

  6. 06

    Functional check

Fit on the model, port and camera alignment, button feel, magnetic seating where applicable.

  7. 07

    Packaging

Correct insert, correct pack format, correct labelling and barcode for the programme.

  8. 08

    Shipment

Carton count, carton marks and documents verified against the order before release.

This sequence is a template. Exact stages, sampling rates and acceptance criteria should be set against the factory SOP for your programme before it is published as a commitment.

Defect rates, AQL levels, inspection sampling ratios and test-lab reports are deliberately absent from this page. None were supplied with the product catalog, and we would rather quote nothing than quote a number we cannot evidence. Send us your acceptance standard and we will answer against it.
